In this era of e-everything, it really makes an impression when you get an actual, physical, card in the mail! They have thousands of cards and styles to choose from, plus you can create your own, with photos, logos, menus, coupons, or whatever you want. Typical card cost ranges from $0.31 (yes, that's 31 cents!) for a simple post card, to about a dollar for a bi-fold card in an envelope. Plus postage, of course.
A lot of thoughful nice touches, including an actual first-class postage stamp on the envelope; the ability to scan in your own handwriting font and signature (extra cost of course); ability to create multi-card "campaigns;" re-curring sends, i.e. for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
